Maranza – the sunny terrace oft the Isarco valley

A promising holiday

The holiday village Maranza is situated at about 1400 meters above sea level and offers various fantastic adventures in both summer and winter. Hikers, skiers and those who are looking for relax and nature, can enjoy the diversity and the charm of the 850-inhabitant village.

In the middle of untouched nature, Maranza is characterized by 280 sunny days a year, which makes it one of the sunniest places in South Tyrol. The most special thing is the extraordinary panorama in Maranza, which reaches all over the Pusteria and the Isarco valleys, the Dolimites and the Stubaier and Zillertaler alps.

The close by Gitschberg is a wonderful skiing resort in winter and a hiking paradise in summer.  Its paths take you to the most untouched, wonderful and promising places in the surroundings.

The Alpinpool in Maranza with its pools and saunas invites you to relax whilst enjoying the fantastic view – as guests of the Residence Speckerhof the ticket only costs 3,00 Euros!

Enjoy the peace and the wonderful landscapes or experience the exciting things that the ski and holiday area Rio Pusteria has to offer. The choice is yours – but it will be Maranza, we promise!
