our holiday apartments in Maranza are located on a wonderful and sunny tableland, in a little corner of paradise. In the Residence Speckerhof we would like to show you all the unique places that the ski and holiday area Rio Pusteria has to offer, making your holiday unforgettable.
The holiday apartments in Maranza enchant with their fabulous panoramic view all over South Tyrol’s valleys and mountains and offer many comforts. In the Residence Speckerhof you will wake up listening to the birds right outside the window, be constantly surrounded by nature and relax perfectly.
On the farm belonging to the residence you can observe the country life and get to know South Tyrol and its traditions in a special way.
During summertime you can reach the alpine pastures directly from your holiday apartment, while in winter the skiing slopes are just a few minutes away. Just outside the apartment you can breathe the fresh air and enjoy the mindlessness.

South Tyrol Sustainability Seal
In South Tyrol a plaque is given to destinations and accommodation establishments actively committed to a sustainable future: the South Tyrol Sustainability Seal. Based upon the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) criteria, it gives recognition to entities in the tourism industry that ensure the protection of nature and people. Those people who, with concrete measures, tirelessly contribute to making South Tyrol a more sustainable place. The road to sustainability is long. There are, indeed, three Seal’s levels. Each level needs different criteria to be met. The third – which is the highest - corresponds to the GSTC certification and it is thus globally recognized.
Level 1
The company is at the beginning of its sustainability journey. It is aware of the importance of the issue, has a process in place to assess its status quo and, building on this, is defining key actions to make its operations more sustainable. This process is independently verified.
